Founder’s Message

Early in my career, I was driven—pushing relentlessly toward success, fueled by ambition and anxiety. I achieved more than I expected… yet I still felt empty--very empty. That realization forced me to search for something greater. And that started a journey toward mentorship, greater self-awareness, pursuing a deeper purpose. replacing ambition to achieve with ambition to create positive impact.

Seeing the same struggle in our next generation, especially in today’s world, to find mentors, exemplars, and real leadership development, I felt compelled to do something. CCL was born to forge members into leaders who stand firm in Purpose, Character, and Courage to create lasting impact in their organizations and, ultimately, for the nation.

I did not start CCL because I believe I am a great leader. I am still on my own journey. But I bring a gift—deep relationships with great leaders who have become devoted to CCL and our ability to translate the best leadership development into a transformative community.
