Members develop an awareness of their patterns of behavior in good and challenging times and learn the impact of their habitual patterns in their own life and the lives of others. Program outcomes include:
Understand the Enneagram tool as a way of radical self-awareness.
Develop awareness of our patterns of behavior during both good and stressful times.
Learn the impact of our habitual behaviors on our life, and on others in our lives.
Discern the different patterns of behavior that exist in those around us and how they affect us.
Develop more positive interactions with people of different specific behavior patterns in good times and under stress.
Practice this awareness of self and others to improve our relationships and leadership.
