Who We Are
We are a community of seasoned national leaders and high performing young professionals, hungry to develop greater Purpose, Character, Courage, and Impact. CCL is one of the only character leadership communities for young professionals in the United States.
What We Do
Through leadership programs, peer sharing, mentorship, and access to industry leaders, CCL members devote over 75 hours each year to character, leadership and career development to positively impact their organizations and their world.

The 2023 recipient, Dr. Laura Esserman, is a world-renowned breast surgeon, breast oncology specialist, and a visionary in personalized medicine. Her work has made profound changes in the world of medicine - changing how physicians practice, designing trials that are patient-centered, efficient, and impactful so that care can be tailored to biology, patient preference, and clinical performance. Among many other awards, Laura has been recognized as one of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in the World for her impact.
