Bio:
Todd is currently the Director of the West Point Leadership Center, producing leaders of character at the world’s most prestigious leadership institution. Todd is also the Director of Eisenhower and Benavidez Leadership Development Programs, joint ventures with West Point and Columbia University devoted to developing future leaders and leader developers. Todd is renowned as one of the top Leadership Development practitioners in the country and is joining CCL to oversee the development of Leadership Programming for members as well as contributing Leadership Development to select companies in Silicon Valley and the nation.
Todd combines impressive leadership, teaching, and leader developer experience into dynamic impact with a variety of organizations. As a former commander and leader of a dozen organizations and multiple deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, Todd has led in the toughest and most dynamic circumstances.
This is balanced with an impressive academic career that culminated in his roles as Director of the West Point Leadership Center, Professor of Management, and Colonel at West Point. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA, an MA in Sociology, an MSS in Strategic Studies, and BS in Business Management.
A noted leadership scholar, Todd is recognized for his unique combination of Soldier, Leader, Scholar, Teacher, Mentor, and Leader Developer roles. He has headed multiple world-class leader developer programs, delivered leadership and leader development programs to some of the world’s most successful businesses and strategic leaders, and taught courses ranging from Leading Teams to Strategic Leadership to Innovation and Mission Driven Entrepreneurship.
He enthusiastically shares his powerful leadership and leader development experiences with others and sees his life’s purpose as developing leaders of character for the Nation.
