On December 9th, CCL welcomed Howard Behar, former President of Starbucks, to a Forum Digital Café on “Working to Maintain Purpose and Passion in Our World Today.”

Forum Members asked questions on leadership through serving others, purpose and culture, perspectives on career, and lessons from 2020. Howard answered with words of unique and practical wisdom from his own story and from sharing the journeys of Forum Members.

Members walked away feeling grounded, driven, and excited to apply the learnings from Howard to their own lives and careers.
